Cancellation Policy

In order to provide you and others with excellent customer service and access to appointments during peak times, please notify The Groomed Society at least 12 hours in advance in the event of a cancellation or if you need to reschedule. For any no-shows or cancellations within less than 12 hours notice, you will be charged full price for the missed appointment.
